Is Paymelist a free subscription?

YES, the subscription is currently free, but there are charges that will take effect in accordance with what services are offered.

Is Paymelist offered in my area?

Paymelist is a worldwide website. Once your country is listed your location is activated. If your country is currently not listed, please email us at info@paymelist.com and try again within a month.

What if I try Paymelist and don’t like it. Can I get a refund?

NO, Paymelist terms of payment are currently set as “final sale, no refunds”.

Could I report any person or company on Paymelist?

NO, Paymelist is not a platform for resolving personal matters, it is a platform created for the purpose of resolving business matters only. If your claim fulfills the criteria of our terms and conditions then the answer is YES, you may report that person/organization on Paymelist.

What is the search bar for?

The search bar allows the user to find out whether or not a potential customer has been reported as a defaulting debtor by another vendor and if said individual is still a defaulting debtor.

If I’ve been reported but I have already paid the debt to the claimant, how long does it take to be removed from Paymelist?

The debt claimant has up to ten business days to remove the defaulting debtor after his/her payment is cleared. If ten business days have passed, and the debtor’s name has not yet been removed, please refer to our claim center.

If I’ve been reported, who should I pay my debt to in order to be removed from Paymelist?

Paymelist is not a collections agency. You should make payments directly to your claimant in order to be removed from Paymelist. In the case that a debt claimant does not remove you from Paymelist, we recommend you get a receipt of payment, that way you are able to refer to our claim department with proof of your payment to the claimant.

Is the membership renewed automatically every year?

YES, the membership is renewed automatically, and it is currently free. If there are changes to our terms and conditions we will notify you. You must accept any new terms prior to proceeding with any kind of exchange with Paymelist.

What are the advantages of being a member?

Paymelist is the ONLY site available that was created for the sole purpose of protecting a vendor’s interests. Members of Paymelist will be able to report a defaulting debtor by themselves with no need of intermediaries or collection agencies, and He/She will be able to deal directly with the debtor without paying percentages from the delinquent debt. In addition, the member gets a 50% discount in the use of the search bar.

Could I get reported as a member?

YES, the purpose of Paymelist is to create a database where defaulting debtors are rendered unable of entering business arrangements while they have a delinquent debt with other vendors. Paymelist will not protect a defaulting debtor, even if that debtor is or has been a member of Paymelist. Paymelist will not receive money or other types of compensation from anyone in the effort of being removed from Paymelist.

Will Paymelist notify the party listed as a “defaulting debtor”, if they have been reported by a vendor?

YES, at an additional charge. Paymelist currently offers three methods of corporate notification; email, postal mail, and/or certified mail. (Methods are subject to location.)

Can I report a defaulting debtor who has filed for bankruptcy?

YES, In fact, some people take advantage of this situation to intentionally violate agreements and obligations.
